Relationship Coach & Self-Discovery Guide

Group Programme & Retreats
The group experiences I create are designed to help you develop self-awareness, learn how challenges of the past affect your present, and begin to make choices that help you create authentic, nourishing relationships.

Step 1: Self-Inquiry & Discovery
Understand who you are at your core and help you recognise the challenges and source of unease in your relationships. We will set clear intentions, safely examine the past and look at the events that led you to seek this path. We will explore ways to connect with your most authentic self and free you up from unhelpful strategies so you can begin to experience what it’s like to deeply know yourself.

Step 3: Developing Deeper Relationships
Envision how you want to feel and show up in connection to others and what you want those relationships to look like. You’ll have the space to start changing your relationship within so you can change all the important ones on the outside too. As you show up more whole and authentic inside, you’ll get to integrate and apply what you learn in your primary relationships - with a romantic partner, friends, and family.

Step 2: Shifting Relationship to Self.
Examine what isn’t working and begin to transform challenges into possibilities to shift your unhelpful beliefs and patterns so that healthier ones can be present. You will begin to shift old patterns of thought and behaviour, initiating release & healing in a way that will help you safely express your truth and feel free to be who you are.
The results.
Here’s what some of my past clients experienced:
-
They’ve released the need to be ‘fully healed’ before committing to someone, and found the courage to enter a relationship anyway.
-
They’ve developed the awareness to see that waiting and hoping that things will change doesn’t work, that they always have the choice and self-empowerment to initiate and create those changes themselves.
-
They’re more aware of the urge to shy away from uncomfortable conversations and not being true to themselves around family, partners and friends.
-
They have learnt to cultivate better boundaries for their time and energy.
-
They’re clear about what they want from their relationships and know what to do to get it.
-
They have realised that reaching fulfilment and safety in relationships take work, and they now accept this as a life-long commitment worth making.
-
They’ve established practices to notice their emotions and physical responses in situations instead of ignoring or suppressing them, allowing themselves to feel what they're feeling and not being embarrassed.
-
They’ve learned that it’s ok to want love and to be wanted.
-
They’ve cultivated the ability to communicate their thoughts and feelings with others instead of holding back and saying nothing.
-
They now know how to tend to themselves during a triggering episode, and understand the importance of self-regulation because it gives them the power to be authentically who they are despite the inner turmoil they feel.
Who This Is For.
Do you long for relationships that bring you satisfaction, joy, and deep connection? Maybe you've explored personal growth tools, sought therapy, and scoured relationship advice, yet nothing seems to truly work. You understand that real change comes from taking action, but somehow you find yourself feeling stuck, unsure of how to move forward. You're not alone in this struggle, and acknowledging it is the first step toward meaningful transformation.
If you're willing to confront your biggest challenges and are committed to personal growth, you're already on the path to change. You know that true transformation begins from within, and you're ready to get honest with yourself, exploring who you are at your core. You're curious, open to learning, and care deeply about those in your life. With the right guidance and honest feedback, you can start making a positive impact on your personal life. If you value depth, transparency, and mutuality in your relationships, then you're in the right place. Let's take this journey together.
Who This Is Not For.
If you're considering this journey for someone else's sake rather than your own, or if you believe the path should be easy and free of discomfort, it might not be the right time for this work. Coaching isn't about receiving quick answers or expecting instant results; it's about deep, personal transformation that requires commitment and effort. If you're hoping for a quick fix or believe things will improve without making meaningful changes, this approach may not align with your expectations.
This journey requires personal responsibility and a willingness to look inward. If you find yourself often blaming others or struggling to take ownership of your actions, this work might not resonate with where you are right now. Additionally, if you're dealing with serious trauma, addiction, or a mental health condition that profoundly impacts your relational life, coaching might not offer the level of support you need. This path is for those who value self-development, prioritize their relationships, and are open to receiving guidance and feedback as part of their growth.
